TRAINING EMPOWERMENT PROCESS FOR STAFF, VOLUNTEERS AND COMMUNITY BASED ORGANIZATIONS

The Peacemaker Staff and Volunteer Empowerment Training for Community Based, Faith Based and Youth Based Organizations is a three day training course – two days with FranklinCovey on The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, and one day with Peacemaker Corps facilitators.  The training is integrated around the theme of Leadership – personal and interpersonal – for the first two days and then on the last day, the focus is on a specific application of Leadership called Peacemaking.

The goal of the training is to empower the staff to understand and live the principles of leadership and peacemaking, so that they can apply them in their organizations and model them for the youth with whom they are working.
