Leader and Peacemaker Projects
The success of"The Leader in Me" sponsored by Peacemaker  Corps Project and the Peacemaker Corps “Day of Civility” is dependent on community partners, sponsors, contributors and individuals who work together with one goal in mind – to help instruct today’s youth - along with faculty, staff, parents and siblings – in leadership and conflict resolution skills.

Staff and Volunteer Training Workshops
Franklin Covey Education and the Peacemaker Corps have joined forces to offer an incomparable training program based on The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and the Peacemaker’s content that:

• Provides world-class professional development for staff
• Creates a safe and friendly environment and culture
• Impacts youth of diverse backgrounds, regardless of race, intelligence or economic upbringing
• Increases youths’ self-confidence and self-esteem
• Enhances youths’ relationships and interpersonal skills
• Enables youth to resolve conflict in nonviolent ways
  

Based on an inside-out theory of change, the program transforms adults first, who then transforms the youth they work with.
