Launch of a PSGFF app, resident on all smart devices. With this technology youths will be able to create films on smart phones or devices and then upload through our app so that youths who are not able to have a tethered computer can not only participate in the festival, but share their work with family and friends. We intend to foster a movement globally by giving youths a voice and a bully pulpit.
